Owning a sailboat is often a costly passion when you only have a few weeks' vacation to sail.

You'll be free to use your boat as you did before: not only can you block the dates you want to reserve it in advance, but you can also decide at the last minute to use it unannounced by phoning to check whether it's still available.
If the type of boat you choose corresponds to market demand, the rental income will more than cover your annual costs and part of the depreciation of your investment, enabling you to afford a larger boat (the famous "extra meter") for the same budget, and, if applicable, to reclaim the VAT on the purchase price of the boat and on the annual charges (*).
This rental income will not generate any additional income tax, as expenses and depreciation are deducted from income for tax purposes, after taking into account the length of time the property has been used.
If you wish, Naviloc's technicians can also take care of the maintenance and servicing of your boat, relieving you of any worries when you're not out on the water.
